After purchasing portfolios of non-performing loans from Banco Banestado and Banco Itau, Rio Sao Francisco is continuing the pioneering and successful investment project started by Rio Parana Cia Securitizadora de Créditos Financeiros.

Together, the portfolios managed by Rio Sao Francisco include more than 266,000 borrowers and 27,000 lawsuits, comprising consumers, middle market and corporate loans.

Rio Branco is a joint venture responsible for the acquisition of a portfolio of non-performing loans from the credit card issuer Credicard. This portfolio is comprised of 285,000 borrowers, and was one of the first enterprises that relied upon the services of AMC do Brasil.

Rio Iguaçu Companhia Securitizadora de Créditos Financeiros

Rio Iguaçu has acquired two outstanding portfolios of non-performing loans: Banco Industrial do Brasil and Portocred.

These portfolios are comprised of over 53,000 borrowers whose collection processes started at the end of 2005.

Rio Tibagi Companhia Securitizadora de Créditos

Rio Tibagi has purchased a portfolio of retail credits from Lojas Colombo. This portfolio represents the first portfolio of such type managed by AMC do Brasil and it is comprised of over 110,000 non-performing consumer retail credits, for which collection process started in March 2006. In addition, Rio Tibagi has also acquired a portfolio comprised of approximately 129,000 non-performing loans from ABN AMRO Credit Cards Issuer.
